Andreas Meinhardt

Andreas Meinhardt studied at Marburg University and did his postdoctorate at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Later he was appointed as professor at the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Germany. His research interest focus on male reproductive immunology. Andreas holds Honorary/Adjunct/Visiting Professorships (Monash, Hudson Institute, Beijing) and has served on councils of national and international societies, including being President of the International Society of Andrology. Awards include the Fuller Bazer International Scientist Award of the Society for the Study of Reproduction and the American Journal of Reproductive Immunology Award of the American Society of Reproductive Immunology.
