My primary interests are in improving pregnancy (plus subsequent maternal and child) health by uncovering the mechanisms underlying impaired maternal vascular adaptations to pregnancy, such as those which occur with the potentially life-threatening condition known as preeclampsia.
Key areas of interest: maternal vascular adaptations to pregnancy, maternal health, developmental programming, small artery function/structure, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes
